#Ideas x Collaboration + Creativity = Innovation

It only takes one person to have a great idea but taking that idea to fruition is another process. Wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to rely on others to bring our ideas to reality? Unfortunately, that's a dream that will never come true because we need others to help bring our ideas from concept to reality.

Collaboration is often a scary concept for most of us because we have to trust in others, hope they share the same passion and be vulnerable/exposed to others about how we conduct business.

The truth is we all must trust our intuition and believe in those that we chose to collaborate with. Just because you had one negative experience when you worked with someone in the past does not mean you will never have a positive experience working with someone in the future. Every great innovation in humanity, started with an idea, a core group of minds collaborated on that idea and with their creativity, innovation was born.
